The Bad Eagle Foundation is a 501c3 established under IRS regulations in 2006 (with a retroactive approval of 2004).  It was established by Dr. David A. Yeagley, enrolled member of the Comanche Nation of Lawton, Oklahoma.  Dr. Yeagley lives
